What exactly does a wedding/event planner do?

I manage the logistics, coordination, design, supplier communication, timelines, and any troubleshooting. So, you can actually enjoy your day without being the go-to person for guests, suppliers, or venue staff.

Venue coordinators focus on their space and team. I focus on you. That means overseeing your full vision, from supplier coordination to styling, timelines, and handling any surprises on the day.

That’s entirely up to you. Some couples want to be hands-on, others prefer to hand most of it over and just weigh in on key decisions. I tailor the process to suit your comfort level, availability, and budget.

Absolutely. I’ve created service packages based on real experience, what couples actually need and what they didn’t know they needed. I’m honest about what’s achievable and will help you prioritise, stretch your budget, and avoid unnecessary costs.

While it’s rare, I always have incredible Industry professionals I can call upon if needed. My job is to manage the unexpected calmly and keep your event running smoothly, without you even noticing there was an issue.

Both. I have spent the last 4 years planning alongside one of the most talented florists in the South East as a Venue Designer & Stylist. I can help you bring your vision to life creatively, while also handling the behind-the-scenes coordination that makes everything flow effortlessly.

Life happens. I offer flexible rescheduling within a reasonable timeframe and will work closely with you and your suppliers to find the best alternative plan.

Ideally, 9–12 months in advance for weddings, especially during peak seasons. That said, I’ve made magic happen in much shorter time frames, so don’t hesitate to reach out.

Not at all. I also plan birthdays, proposals, showers, anniversaries, corporate events, any occasion worth celebrating.

I’ve worked in hospitality since I was legally allowed to! I’ve worn nearly every hat in the industry. That hands-on experience gives me a deep understanding of how events actually work, from both the supplier and client side.
I’m honest, creative, calm under pressure, and genuinely invested in your day. You’ll get expert advice, clear communication, and someone who truly cares about bringing your vision to life.

Like any trusted supplier, it’s essential to secure your date as soon as possible to ensure availability and avoid disappointment. Ideally, bookings are made 12–18 months in advance for weddings, especially during peak seasons when dates fill quickly. That said, I’ve often created something wonderful on much shorter notice, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

We celebrate love in all its beautiful forms. We proudly welcome couples from every background, culture, and identity, knowing that each love story is unique and deserves to be honored with care and respect.

Whether you’re planning a same-sex wedding, a multicultural celebration, or a ceremony that blends your personal styles and traditions, we are here to support and guide you every step of the way. Our commitment is to create an inclusive, welcoming space where your vision is heard, your values are respected, and your love shines bright.

Celebrating with Care for Our Planet

We believe that unforgettable events don’t have to come at the expense of the environment. As passionate event planners, we’re committed to making every celebration not only beautiful but also sustainable. By integrating eco-friendly practices into our planning process, we help reduce waste, conserve resources, and minimise the environmental footprint of your special day.

Here are ways we champion sustainability while managing big events:

Zero Waste Planning

We prioritise reducing waste by working with trusted suppliers who use minimal or recyclable packaging and encourage reusable or compostable materials throughout the event, and who will also work with you to minimise food waste.

Sustainable Venue Selection

Working with venues that are and will be implementing green practices—such as energy-efficient lighting and waste recycling programs—but also actively contribute to protecting and restoring the environment and local ecosystems. These venues may engage in initiatives like supporting native biodiversity, maintaining on-site gardens or habitats, sourcing materials responsibly, and partnering with local environmental organisations to promote conservation efforts

Eco-Friendly Invitations & Stationery

From digital invitations to recycled paper and plant-based inks, we help you choose sustainable options that reflect your values.

Locally Sourced and Seasonal Catering

Partnering with caterers that have great connections for seasonal and local produce and ingredients. In turn this reduces transportation emissions and supports the community.

Eliminating Single-Use Plastics

We ensure that all event materials avoid single-use plastics by providing compostable, biodegradable, or reusable alternatives for items like cutlery, cups, and straws.
